Description
Acer palmatum ‘Emerald Lace’ features exquisitely fine, emerald green leaves (smaller than most laceleaf maples) that open lime-green in spring, deepen to rich emerald by summer, and burst into a vibrant burgundy red come autumn. As a dwarf to semi-dwarf, semi-upright spreading tree, it typically reaches 1.2-1.8m tall and 1.8-2.4m wide over 10-15 years. Wider than tall, it forms a beautiful fountain or low canopy. Ideal as a specimen tree in small gardens, containers or shrub borders.
